Two-color pacifier ring

Focare Mould has successfully made another two-color injection mold for our customer.  This two-color injection mold is two-color pacifier ring mold.  The mold is made by steel 2083 from Germany, 4+4 cavities with 8 tips of Yudo valve gate hot runner system.  This two-color pacifier ring is made by material PP+TPE. TPE is soft and patiently comfortable and can avoid to hurt baby’s mouth while he is drinking milk. This mold is complicated as the screw for the two-color pacifier ring is formed by lifters.  The size for this two-color pacifier ring should be very accurate.  There is not any sharp edge in the two-color pacifier ring to avoid hurting baby’s fingers or face.
